We originally reached out to Shelby when searching for a day-of wedding coordinator. We ultimately had her work with us for longer as a partial planner, and we included her design support package. Bringing on Shelby was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn't have been happier with her services.
Shelby was with us every step of the way in the six months or so leading up to the wedding and helped us stay organized with incredible attention to detail. She also helped us craft a wonderful vision for our design elements that felt like us and made the day feel even more sentimental and special than I could have imagined.
On the day of the wedding, Shelby ensured everything ran smoothly. She was also with me in my hotel suite to keep things moving and matched us energetically throughout the day, encouraging me to take a break, eat, etc when I needed it! I can't recommend Shelby highly enough!

Shelby was a lifesaver for my wedding! I had the major components figured out, but logistics and the nitty gritty details were stressing me OUT! When we brought her on, she helped us with problem solving, brainstorming, organizing, scheduling, communicating with vendors, and more!
She was our day-of coordinator and we added the morning concierge service. My officiant was a friend of ours and inexperienced, so she not only attended but RAN the rehearsal ceremony! She also took over communication with my vendors starting 6-weeks out, which alleviated so much anxiety. The morning of the wedding, she was like a personal assistant to me and my bridesmaids while we got ready: running errands, moving things between hotel rooms, coordinating with the photographer for getting-ready photos, steaming garments, picking up, assisting with hair/makeup/nails here and there, and most importantly, keeping me calm and hydrated!
Later, I entrusted her with setting up all of the decor (including centerpieces, name cards, favors, florals, guest book, scrapbook, signage, ceremonial arch, etc...) with the groomsmen as extra manpower.
She made sure that any issues, questions, or concerns were intercepted by her so that all I had to worry about was enjoying my special day and being a bride.
She is so sweet, professional, and caring. All of my bridesmaids loved her. My 5 year old ring-bearer even asked her to be his friend! One guest of mine who's not even engaged yet asked me for her business card to hold onto for when the day comes. If you're on the fence, this is your sign to book her!
