Wedding Day Management & Coordination
Many brides & grooms decide to plan the wedding on their own or with the help of their family. If that’s you, we can’t wait to see it all come together! Myrtle & Sage is here to take over in the final months as you approach your special day, so that you’re able to relax and enjoy every little moment. We take over vendor communications, create your wedding day timeline, go through final details, run the rehearsal, and do our best to make sure every little detail falls into place. We do whatever we can to help your day be as magical & beautiful as it can be.

Wedding Design
Whether you need help honing in on your vision, or if you want someone to design the entire thing, we would love to step in and help. Together, we would walk through your venue and dream up what your wedding could be. From there we’ll create vision boards, discuss budget, source the perfect vendors to seamlessly execute the vision, and oversee set up on your wedding day.
Packages start at $1,500

Popular Add Ons
Morning Concierge Services – $300
We want your morning to be as relaxing as possible. We would love to send a member of our team to join you before set up. They'll help oversee your getting-ready process and make sure you have what you need. Our goal is to get you, your bridal party, and your family to the ceremony feeling beautiful, cared for, and at peace.
Design Support – starts at $600
We would love to help you imagine and plan the aesthetics for your day. This add on includes:
• Additional venue meeting (6-9 months before the wedding)
• Two (2) additional meetings to discuss ideas/visions
• Vision boards with different design options
• Assistance with determining scope and vendor needs to execute the vision (please note: this add on does not include vendor sourcing)
*Please note, while design support is not included in partial planning, we are always happy to discuss your ideas with you!
A la carte Vendor Sourcing – $300
You let us know what you're looking for and we'll provide you with up to two rounds of two (2) – four (4) available vendors!
Please note: this does not include vendor coordination before Wedding Day Management begins.
A la carte Planning Consultations – $70/hour
If you’re feeling stuck, or just need someone to bounce ideas off, book a virtual meeting with us to talk through parts of your planning process. We can help you organize your vision and your approach so you can plan your perfect day with ease.
DIY Set Up Assistants – $200/assistant
While decor set up is not included in our Wedding Day Management package, we are happy to bring additional staff to help set up your vision. The number of assistants needed is determined by scope of the decor and determined at our first official management meeting (three months before your wedding!).
